How do I get refund when AIRBNB cancelled my booking because they weren't able to confirm my profile

Hi, so I was trying to book a place last minute, when airbnb cancelled my booking because they cant confirm my profile/picture. 

The thing is I was already charged/already paid the place but it got cancelled. 

How do I get my refund? 

I want my money back.

You will be refunded automatically, but it can take some days, even up to a week.

Will I get back what exactly was charged? The booking did not even last that long after it got cancelled.
