How do I increase my payment terms to "Super Strict?

Hey @Mark40,

 

I guess you are refering to updating your Cancellation Policy.

If so, visiting the Manage Listing tab. Then click on your lisitng. Hover on the left border of the screen or click on the small icon with 3 horizontal lines on the left top which will open up a menu for you, scroll down to the last option which is terms, there set the Cancellation Policy to Strict.

Don't forget to Save the changes 🙂

I have it set at strict but that allows for cancellation up to a week before scheduled trip dates.  I want that to be 30 days.  How do I get that done?

Hi @Mark40,

 

You cannot choose "Super Strict".  It is by invitation only and it is a rare option given.
