How do I offer a discount to s guest that already booked and paid

She is a repeat guest and would like a loyalty discount, how do I offer it to her?

I suggest to click send money.. that's what I have been doing..

Go to your reservations, choose "Change Reservation" and enter the new amount.  Airbnb will refund her accordingly.
