How do I synchronize my account from the app to the online version?

When I log into my app on my phone device I can see my current reservation that I have, however when I log into the website from a desktop it does not reflect the same information, it actually shows no bookings at all. How do I get both platforms to be synchronized? I don't necessarily want to use one specific device for access to my airbnb account, I would like to be able to use my phone app and the online version through my desktop. Any ideas on why this does not work?
