There is an 800 number buried under a lot of drop down menus that never pertain to  the situation.  Look for an URGENT button or click thru the selecton for Saftey.  It's there and if you get thru they can be very helpful to in at least documenting you issue.  But they hope you work out your own problems with the gues face to face:(

There are no real persons out there airbnb is run by mashines only. All real employess are rich now and travel the world.

😜 Of course I'm just kidding, but I'm also interested in this topic. Nevermind computer systems hosting and tourism is at bottom level a thing of personal interaction and I would like to have more of real people interaction.  I got once a guy speaking Croatian on phone help. That was great for me in that situation, but they had it transferend to english speaking agent after few minutes.

Honsetly, I want to talk to someone and ask real questions to a real person.  Where is there a number?  Not all it is cracked up to be without human contact.  Three person booking.

Once I tried, after a long conversation they said we are not customerservice end you have to send an email regarding your quary

Stupid Airbnb simply enjoying with customers money.

These are the point I mailed them 03-07-2016 getting same reply every time

I'm listing the points below 1. we booked the property from 10th June to 13th June 2. Our check out date is 14th June 2016 3. As we stayed one more day in pomley's property 4. At that time host asked us to not to book with airbnb for extra day 5. So the checkout does not comes unders airbnb policy 6. I mailed you already regarding what host did at the time of check out 7. After he settled check out how can he come and show the damaged thing 8. Is it fair to pay for what you not done 9. He said it will cost 500Batt's at resaturent to repair it 10. Now he showing bill with very high cost 11. What is that bill 12. Is the bill belong's to any government service tax bill, or tin bill? 13. It is just a normal bill where I can get that type of bill so many 14. In the security gate images you can see those are thread screws 15. You know it's simple logic we are not there in images while property been damaged 16. Property is having security cameras around the hose 17. You can ask Host to show the footage 18. If Host says something is damaged how could you confirm and pay to host 19. It's totally one sided judgment 20. In your past email on Wednesday you said like if I didn't reply within 48hrs you'll make the decision 21. I replied with in the time, then how can you take the decision without listening to us 22. And your recent email I can see Property been damaged at the time of our stay 23. I'm telling you that that was not done by us 24. If so he checked all the property at the time of check out, then only he allowed us to Leave the property. 25. If Host says anything you'll reimburse 26. Finally is Airbnb deals maters which are not belongs to them, as we said check out date is 14th Here I conclude it's not about the money it's about relation, and moral values If we do anything damage to that definitely I'm ready, After check out it's not a fair thing to do so.. I need phone contact as we are not that much free to always keep on mailing as like host Please do us one thing share our footage and government tax bill. or else you can call to pur contact

(You often have to wait on hold.)

If you prefer to not wait on hold:

On your Help page, near the bottom right is a "Contact us" button.
Or you can use this link: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us

Once you are on the "Contact us" page, choose "Its something else"

This will give you the choice to either exchange messages with AirBnB or to speak to someone on the phone.
(Using the "Contact us" by phone gives you the option to have them call you, so you don't have to wait on hold.)
