How do I turn off Instant Book?

My listing has instant book clicked on (it was not on for the first 6 months of my listing, and I do not want it on). I see the choice below to turn instant book off, but it is greyed out and I am unable to choose it.  Can anyone advise how I turn this off?

If you're using a channel manager or Airbnb API, you may need to make changes directly through that or switch it off, change, and reconnect.
