How do i get my commission due by referring a new host?

I recently referred a new host to air bnb but when he listed his property,  he did so without using the link i emailed to him.  How can i claim my  100 USD commission due?

@Louise123  Unfortunately, your friend would have had to follow the link you sent via email in order to get the credit.  There's no other way to verify you, indeed, referred that person.

There IS a way because when we did his origional listing it  acidentally added to MY listings ... (and it now reflects on His - AND mine 🙂 

Please could you direct me to someone at Customer service who could assist.
