How do I get a financial year report ?

You can find them in your Transaction History by selecting the right year/period.

For tax purposes you click "Gross Earnings" (at top of page) and set the right period.

For details you can download the CSV file (see textlink at top of page) and load it into a spreadsheet.

I'm a co-host trying to determine that payouts received are at an accurate percentage due to a change in the percent during the year.  Cannot reconcile payouts listed with percentage....also, payouts do not match  totals for reservations.  Anyone help?
