How do you apply to be an expert and give support?

I noticed that you can be an expert and give support via Directly, just wondering how can you apply for that.

I think Directly is not doing the support themself, they provide software to create virtual assistance, which is used by companies like Airbnb.  So the "experts" will be probably selected by Airbnb.
