How do you call the Airbnb company? I can not find a phone number. I am unable to message my potential guest.

Me neither. We tried loads of times to make contact with Airbnb to no avail. We have many issues with them but can't sort them out!! One of the problems we have is where people have booked two rooms but Airbnb have only charged them for one room. Both Airbnb and us are losing out!!! If you find out how to contact them, do make sure you let us all know on here!!!

Try communicating w/ BNB and if they can't figure it out, then  get in touch w/ ur guest  and tell them the whole scenario. Meaning..... they pay for that extra room ( under the radar ). Most guests would understand it ..
