How do you change the listing photo?

This website is a great idea but very hard to use. I would'nt have built it in the way that it has been. Does anybody know how to change the photo that appears on the front page of the listing. I can change my profile photo but can't see how to change the photo image on the listing.

sorry i cant help as this is one thing i have been trying to do also since i joined last summer!... will wait for someone who is in the know and hopefully they will speak computer dumb dumb language  for me..
