How do you contact Airbnb for non-emergencies?

When you go to the help section, there are categories that you 'drill down' to contact Airbnb. 

 

For example, I have an issue where my Superhost status is incorrect, so I choose:

 

Hosting > Account and Profile > Reviews (this seems to be closest), at which point I get a choice:

A review left by you/a review left by a guest 

 

Neither of them fit the question I have. 

 

Is there a way to contact Airbnb for questions that don't fit into the limited categories they present?

You could use twitter and they get back to you. @Airbnbhelp, choose Follow, send a DM and they will get back to you.
