How do you pass bookings to another host?

I have recently sold a studio apartment and the new owners want to take over my already existing reservations. The new owners have an airbnb host account already. Does anyone have any experiance with this? Any suggestions?

The Airbnb account is connected to you, not your properties, so no, you can't 'pass' the bookings to the new owner (they may not have the hosting skills that you do). Suggest you speak to your guests.
