How does one contact Airbnb as a landlord?

Our ads clearly states you must be at least 25 to book.  Now Airbnb is threating to suspend our account for not taking underage bookings.  We are getting fed up with the lack of customer service as it appears all Airbnb does is accept credit cards and charge fees to make guest feel like they are not going to get ripped off.  Right now we do 90% more business on Craigslist and are considering dropping Airbnb all together.

So how does one contact Airbnb to voice their concerns?

Age restrictions are against Airbnb's non-discrimination policy, @Scott-and-Ingrid0.

To get in touch with them, use Twitter @AirbnbHelp or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/. Or you will find a pinned post in the Help section how to do it: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Help/Contact-Airbnb-A-Community-Help-Guide/m-p/16165#M728

But the hotels in the area have the same policy to deter spring breakers and all the problems college students cause.

It is what the area hotel do and we don't want wild college parties at our homes.

I had a similar experience with Skiers wanting to party at my rental. Instead of posting an age restriction, I posted strict quiet hours rule, non-smoking ( inside or out) rule, charge for any guests above 2 at $50 per person and a large deposit.
AirBnB requires that guests must agree to house rules before booking, and these house rules are shown on listing.

With that said, I did have $9000 in damages from a major party in my rental last summer. AirBnB was a disaster in holding the deposit, although the claim was filed immediately. 40 hours of mismanaged customer service errors, and persisitance on my part of calling AirBnB almost daily, I was finally assigned to a person at AirBnB who identified how much they botched the claim and followed it through till I was paid about half of what was owed to me ( per AirBnB policies).

I have been a host for 9 years with AirBnB. The last 2 years I have seen a scary decline in quality of guests, and am now also doing most of my business on CL, VRBO and TripAdvisor.
Hang in there.

Understandable, but it is not the policy. So, since you are only getting a tiny amount of bookings on Air, stop using it altogether. I don't think they will make any exceptions to this rule. Or go with it!

How do you get so much business from craigslist? Can you provide a link to your ad? I would love to try using CL too.

You need to do your research about Air BNB, @Scott-and-Ingrid0. Your criteria is not the problem but your listing on this platform, might be.

Who will get sued if a drunken college student drowns in one of our pools?  Airbnb?

Who are they going to sue if a drunken college student drowns in one of our pools, us or Airbnb?
