Hi everyone. I’m a newbie to the community and I have a quick question on how AirBnb comes up with the percentage of guests giving a 5 star rating. What is prompting my question is that my friend shared my listing and told me that it stated 91% of my guests gave us a 5 star rating. I know this is great and everything; however, I actually went in a double checked all of our reviews and ratings and 100% of our guests gave us 5 stars. Maybe it doesn’t make that big of a difference, but we work hard to ensure that each and every one of our guests are made to feel welcome, comfortable and have everything they need. Am I missing something in the way the rate it based on actual customer reviews and ratings?
Thabk you fir any feedback.
