Hi, I received an inquiry and did not accept it, but sent an email explaining that there was a leak at the flat. This appears to have crossed with the guest pressing BOOK. She is obviously concerned that there is a leak and wants to cancel the booking, which I totally understand. How can we do this without incurring charges? Regards Tricia
Don't cancel it yourself but contact AirBnB and explain the flat is out of order until you repair the leak. In the meantime block out a some time for repair, or at least turn off instant booking so that people cannot book without you accepting.
