How to change initial language

When I set up my first listing, I don't know why but I made it in French the language I usually use in my family.

Listing is in Spain and most guests from UK, Canada, US, other non-french speaking countries.

I would like to change the main language of this listing without losing the booking history or reviews.

How to do this?

on the description page, the first boxes are all in French.  

After, I have made an English version of everything.  But it's very annoying to have to keep up 2 copies and always see the french first.
