For one I didn't forget it or change it, but I can't get on with the one that I have. So, I used the button "forgot password" and it said we'll send you a link, but the link never shows up. I've tried it a Couple dozen times. Mostly when there computer generated "HELP" tells you to do so. Everything requires you to be On-line to change anything. There's not even a phone number to call. They've sent emails, so I know my email works. But nothing from "Reset your password" like it says it will.
I don't have a Facebook page nor want one. Google was less than helpful. I just want to log on to my account.
Will someone change their password, by pushing the "forgot password" and let me know if they get a reply? I don't blame you if you don't it's been a nightmare for me. You can just see if you get the link, then hit escape and your password won't change.
Does any one have a suggestion?
