How to confirm a booking

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me please? I am a first time host and have just listed my property. I have had a request from a guest to book for a couple of nights. However, i did not receive a notification text or email. After much searching on the site I managed to find something that says the guests needs to Rogier verification. When I messaged her to tell her, she said that her system is telling her that I need to accept the booking. The thing

is I cant as I cannot see it on the system. Can anyone help me sort this out? Thanks
