How is possible to contact Aibnb: email, fax, letter, phone, radio, morse code, smoke signals..? HOW?
It is incredible: over 20 days from an escalation for a controversy with a guest (resolution center) and NOBODY from AIRBNB is answering, contacting or even giving an signal. I am getting worried as I am feeling abandoned and dumped!
I only receive a weird message longtime ago: We usually work to reply all inquiries within a day. However, the recent influx of inquiries posted a little challenge to us. (??)

So many hosts, about a third on this platform start hosting and don't know how to get in touch with Airbnb.
Nobody from ABB replies following those suggestions ...which I did! In any case very complicated, not transparent at all.

@Luigi27 Hi - I joined Airbnb in July and have spoken to them 3 times so far
It's certainly difficult to get a contact number for them, my suggestion is to do a Google search that's what I did to find
them.
