How to contact airbnb

I can't update my payout method. Its been almost 2 weeks since AIRBNB send their payments. I try to update but paypal, bank transfer and payoneer does not load properly.

Does anybody have the same problem?

So yes, i need to contact them and i can't seem to locate their contact details. Need help.

I had the same problem with updating my payout methods (add new). Using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome helped to add a new method.

My problem was a wrong PayPal account. For some reason Airbnb accepted a PayPal account that (shouldn't) exist, and sent a payment to it.  Now I can't contact them to cancel the payment.
