How to easily accept a reservation for one night when your rental has a 2 night min.

I'm a host and I have accepted a one night rental from 4 guests that fit perfectly in an opening in my reservations but the booking makes me reserve 2 nights instead of just the 1.  I have a 2 night min requirement that I dont want to change for all reservations just this one.  How can I do that?  I would like to have the other night open just in case someone wants to book.  Thanks in advance.

I describe my policy of a 2 minimum in my listing but I also include a caveat - if you are looking for one night stay over a weekend, I will be a happy to accommodate you on short notice if it appears that I am unlikely to get a last minute guest"

Somthing like that.

Then to allow your guest to book,  just change the dates on your minimum stay calendar to exclude the date they want to stay.
