Hi
I've added directions to my listing, under the the Guest Resources tab. I added them initially using the android app, but now I want to edit them on desktop adding photos etc. But I cannot find the directions anywhere on the desktop version of Airbnb. Can anyone help? It's driving me mad because I can see them on my mobile, but they seem nowhere to be found on the desktop site!
Thanks a lot
Victoria
I do not think it is there any more, perhaps due to the new rule that guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking free of charge. It might not be safe to have directions revealed within the 24 hour window. Perhaps airbnb is working on a safety improvement to this feature.
In the meantime, I suggest you create a document with directions that you attach and send to the guest closer to arrival. I have done exactly this over the years and it has worked very well. Sometimes there are those totally clueless, but they would get lost unless you pick them up and lead them to the doorstep.
@Victoria727 When editing your listing, go to Listing Details and scroll down to Location. Click Edit and scroll down. You'll find Directions under the map with the circle on it. The directions are in a box in which you can edit the text. Hope this is what you find on your computer, too!
Yes, Ann. But you only can edit the text now. Before you was able to put pictures. My all pictures are gone now which I had them before.

I think the question is not about Directions, but about Check-in Guide. These are separate features. Directions tell guests how to get to the listing. The Check-in Guide is the one where you have a series of photos with text showing guests how to check in after they reach the listing. Very annoyingly, the latter is *only* accessible and editable on the mobile app.
@Lisa723 @Victoria727 @Nancy323 @Marit-Anne0 Wow, that is annoying! Sorry I misunderstood, and hope it gets sorted soon!
