How to find the button that creates a "special offer"

I wanted to give a guest a special offer, but the only options I had were "accept" or "decline".

I followed the instructions and went to 'messages'... but the options were only

"accept or decline".  I could not find "special offer".

HOW DO I GET THERE?  Many thanks!

@Dawn59 on a pc/laptop accept the reservation at the original price. Then go to Host then Reservations. For the relevant reservation click on Change or Cancel. In the next screen click the link that says "Change dates, listing, number of guests or price". That will open a screen where you can change the price for that reservation only, i.e. make a special offer. Then click the Submit Alteration button.
