How to give a refund for an experience as a host?

How to give a refund for an experience as a host?

Hallo,

 

After booking an experience, a guest could not make it and now the experience day is passed.

Even though he is not eligible for refund cause the experience was a few days ago, I still want to refund him.

I can´t find any way to refund him, any suggestions?

@Luca86 I could be wrong but it might be the same as hosting, if the booking dates have passed it has to go through the resoluton center.

I guess that is not as hosting, cause in hosting you can refund even after checkin.
