How to improve Star Rating System

I'm a Superhost and I love AirBnB and hosting but I believe the star rating system that guests provide could be improved to be more fair.
The "Overall Experience" rating should be averaged out from the star ratings provided by the guest for each category and this would provide an accurate and fair overall star rating.
I have had guests provide me with 5 stars for every category and write my excellent reviews with no negative comment whatsoever but then they gave me only 3 stars for the Overall Experience.
I don't see why it's necessary to even have an Overall Experience category when the stars for each category can be averaged out in the same way they are for hosts.
