How to improve review rate on superhost program?

Hi Community, I'm Dian from Indonesia.
I'm just wondering how to improve review rate on superhost program? Will the percentage increase after i get reviews from all guests or will it increase automatically after i write reviews from my end?

The reviews from your end will not be taken into count, just the reviews from guests.
