How to make a special offer in low season?

thinking that September is a month of low booking, how can I make an offer during the month of September for example in a 3 day stay the fourth day is free, second offer if a person is recommended by one of our previous guests we will give a discount of 10 dollars in the room  number 1 and $20 dollars in the room number two. restrictions apply

You can set for september a 25% discount for 4 nights booking ,  so then it is same price as for 3 nights.

Guest referred to you by other guests can receive an individual special offer from you, if they sent you an inquiry ("contact host" link on the listing)
