How to pay cohost?

Hi all! I am currently a cohost here in Louisville, Ky. I’m looking to cohost a few properties out of state and would like to know any commonly used payment methods to the cohost. Im looking for set percentage to be automatically transferred and leaving this to be a process as hands off for the host as possible. Any suggestions ??

@Taylor199  - Without giving the host your bank account details, a set percentage cannot be set up as a part of payment from the guest. If you are cool with them having that information so they can add it to the listing payout, then you can.  I recommend billing your host for the amount you are to be paid on each reservation once a month.  They can then write this amount off of their earnings and you will have receipts for your income.

Hey Taylor,

This doesn't answer your question, but instead, I have a question for you!

I have a condo in Louisville that I used to Airbnb... but I moved away and would like to start Airbnb'ing it again and am looking for a co-host. Are you willing to expand your co-hosting arena to include another Highlands/Cherokee Triangle listing?
