How to post a discount offer to guest

I currently have a 2 night minimum stay but wanted to post an offer of "stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night at half off".    How would I do this?

@Peggy0 You can write about this in your description and advise the guest to let you know they'd like to take advantage of the offer. Then when they request to book or inquire, you can send them a special offer. Just be sure you are including any extra charges such as a cleaning fee. It doesn't automatically get included in the special offer and won't be itemized. Good luck!
