How to rate and review a guest that left an unpleasant smell?

Hi AirBnB hosts,

If you have been in this situation, I'd appreciate your comment and advice.

We have recently had a guest staying with us for 3 days and left an unpleasant smell in the room that has not gone away. I don't know whether it is the food or body odor. I've opened the window and door to get some air in for two days now but the smell is still there. Luckily for us we do not have any guest until this weekend, so I'll have some time to evaluate different options to get rid of that smell. 

In terms of cleanliness, would you give a lower rating for unpleasant smell? There is no clear guideline or definition on how we should rate guest's cleanliness. 

Also how would you leave a public review and private feedback, in a way that is constructive and not offensive? I think future hosts should receive in honest feedback on guests that may come to their places, but I don't want to offend this guest.
