How to recognize and deal with bad guests

After hosting airbnb guests for 8 months, I got the worst expereince with an old couple from Maucau. They are noisy, rude, curious, and sneaky. They hanging clothes in the window blinds, wearing slippers on the carpet, leaving urine marks on the surface of toilet seat in the guest bathroom, using my kitchen towel as table mat...

Their daughter told me they would check in around 9 or 10pm, but actualy they checked in after midnight, which is not my check in peroid. They made me wait for them till 1am. For some reason they did not press the bell but hit my door...Anyway, they gave me 2 star.These guests are very curious people,  they touched everywhere of my kitchen.  After cleaning the urin marks continuly 3 days, I asked them to leave. They gave me very low star for the revenge. I think it is not fair. I hope airbnb can remove revenge reviews from ridiculous guests.

I am sorry to hear that @Teresa-Yanmei0. You mentioned their daughther, did she made the reservaton and didn't stay there? If so, that is against Airbnb rules and you might point that out to Airbnb when you discuss your problem. To be honest, I doubt that they will remove the review but you should definitely try. And you can leave a public response to their review stating all the things that went wrong in hopes that other guests understand the situation better.
