How to request overstay guest to pay for additional nights

My current guest, Sandra, was supposed to check out at 11.00 am today as she had made reservation for 14 to 29 Nov.   The receptionist informed us that Sandra had told her she would check out at 4.00 am on 30 Nov.   I tried to contact her yesterday and today but to no avail.  Kindly help me obtain payment for additional night from my guest. Thank you.

Hi Anchulee, Go into the booking, then details then scroll down to (send or request money) you can walk through the process of your request.

You need to follow up with messages requesting the extra night to the guest and keep all communication on airbnb messages so support can follow everything.

Keep airbnb support in the loop of your request for the extra night in case you need to escalate it to the next level.
