How to sync calendars for multiple listings in one property

Hi All,

I think similar questions have been asked before, but the threads are old and I'm wondering what the current solution is.

I have a single property with 2 spare guest bedrooms that can potentially provide 4 Airbnb listings,

1 x the entire apartment (when I'm away)

1 x double guest bedroom

1 x a different double guest bedroom

1 x both guest bedrooms together as a single booking

I don't want any of the bookings to overlap. That is a booking on any one of the above will block the calendars of the other three options.

Airbnb currently only lets you sync bedroom bookings to the entire apartment. It doesn't allow you to sync  between private room bookings.

What's the best solution to achieve what I'm seeking to do? Are there any elegant 3rd party solutions?

I think I understand that you want a guest party have the option to book the two bedrooms for a single party, @Rob69.  One obstacle you would need to address is that a larger group that might use both bedrooms would not see your place because the size of the party s too small for either bedroom alone.  Make sense?

If you were to create yet another listing for both rooms, I wonder you could add that calendar to the syncing process.Thinking outside the box 😛
