How/where to bring up an inquiry on the site after we pre-approved it ?

We had a conversation going with a potential guest and then we pre-approved her. I accidentally closed the window after our last message that we added to the conversation. Now I can not find where on the site I can bring the conversation back up. (Yes, I am logged in)
