I already responded...why does AirBNB keep nagging me?????

OK...Guests esend me a Message, I respond, I respond again, I respond athird time, guest writes me back....yet AirBNB sends me continuous nag reminders within the 24 hour window...WHASSUP????

Sorry to be frustrated but there is no place else to ask this question since there isn't any Email options for sending this question directly to AirBNB>

what kind of message your guest sent you? Is it INQUIRY or REQUEST  ?

It is not enough to just respond you should actually click on one of the buttons on the top : "preaprove" or "decline" or whatever button options you have
