I am a bit frustrated with Airbnb

I am wondering if anyone else has had frustrating experiences with Airbnb as a host. I have been a host for about 3 years now. I have been fortunate enough to only have had two bad experiences with guests. However in both instances Airbnb has sided with the guests even though they were clearly wrong and out of line. I have come to the conclusion that Airbnb does not seem to care about the hosts. In one instance it was so outrageous that when I responded to the guest's bad review, they deleted my response but left the guest comment up. After telling me several times that they were going to delete all comments. I am wondering if anybody else has experienced something similar?

According to several postings in this community it is well known Airbnb is not allways making the right decisions. It means a host you can not rely on Airbnb CS, which is a shame. The company should instruct there employees in a better way, otherwise the will loose core business. This is a serious issue.
