I am having difficulty figuring out where to go next

Is there an online community manager for US?? not sure if all airbnb sites are the same. Recent updates  have been the most annoying thing about airbnb. I am having difficulty figuing out where to go next.... it just seems to be getting worse. I don,t know who or why they make these changes but I suspect they are not people that use this site to Host on a regular basis. I have spent too much time after a change is made finding where I need to go on ths site.
