I am not able to request for booking. Please help

I've tried making a request to book a room many times but I am not able to do so. There is a message showing "It is not possible to book this property. Please contact Airbnb Support.". I have emailed Airbnb many tmes but I have not gotten any response from them. I need to make bookings urgently but I don't know what to do already. My account is verified. Has anyone experienced this before? Anyone can help?
