I am unable to access my current payment . Anyone know why it wont open up and there is no arrow , t

I am trying to collect my money under collected payments. It does not open nor is there an arrow to drop down details. Anyone know why this is? Ut has happened several times before and today u cant afford to wait for glitches or dumb luck to change the progtam
