Hello airbnb team.

I have problem because I can not answer to my airbnb client in normal way. When I receive some message from some guest then I wish answer for this message. When I click on “Reply” then will appear empty space with no possibility to answer. So I have to click on “Your Reservations”, then I have to find the relevant reservation and then I have to click on “Contact by Email” and then I am able to answer by email.

Please, send me information why it is not possible to answer by clicking on “Reply”.

I am not very technically savvy, @Miroslav10, but when I tried to respond to an Air BNB message in my Gmail account using my Smart Phone, I was not able to but it was not Air BNB, it was related to a setting I needed to activate.  Maybe that is the case with you.   Like you, I could do it if I went to my Air BNB app.
