I can not unblock the Cancled date

Because an unexpected event in my family I canceled reservations. One of the guest asked me to find a solution ....... I fined the way to allow him to be my guest at the same time, during the same days. I can not unblock the canceled days so he can request a new reservation. or I can not send a special offer eigther because the days are blocked. He is waiting for me to unblock these days.

What should we do???

@Aniko8 the days will remain blocked, you won't be able to become a Superhost for a year and an automatic message will appear to anyone who searches your property that you can canceled a reservation which can result in fewer bookings. You should never cancel bookings, and if you really must, always try to contact Airbnb and give them good enough reason so that they cancel for you.

@Aniko8   You have three rooms and thus 3 listings and now you have 3 automatic cancellation reviews.  Yikes!  Hosts are allowed extenuating circumstances on the Air BNB platform just like guests, so if there is a qualifying circumstance call Air BNB CS and explain the situation.  They can remove all host penalties including blocked calendar.  Good luck!!
