I can't add bank transfer as a payout method

Hi,

I have tried to add a bank transfer as payout method and although i follow all the steps it doesnt show up on my payout methods. The first step is to add my address info. After i do this and i click next i get to choose either paypal or bank tranfer. When i select bank tranfer it takes me to a different screen where i am being asked to put my bank account's info. When i do so and i click submit it takes me back to the first screen where it says add a payout method. I tried adding my paypal account and when i complete all the steps it shows up on my payout methods but my bank transfer method does not. I don't want to use paypal as my default method so it would be much appreciated if someone can assist me as my guests are leaving tomorrow.
