I can't message my guests from laptop dash board - Error 500

I worried because communicating with quest is at the very core of being an AirBnB host but whilst every thing else works the - Ican't message my guest who is turning up tomorrow ! The error page is Error 500. It say if my message is about a reservation  should follow the link to call - this dosn't work. It says if it is urgent I should follow the link to call. This dsen't work either - what?

Not finding a solution in help - please help or I don't really have a service do I?
