I can't open a review.

I believe my "guest" is new to Airbnb, and I am new to hosting.  I know he stayed at one other place prior to mine, and looking at his profile it appears there is one (1) review, but I can't open it.  Can anyone tell me how to view his review?  I'd like to know the experience of the previous host, because I am at my wits end with this "guest"...ugh.  Thanks!

It means it's been within the last 14 days and he has not yet reviewed that host, so the review left for him remains hidden.
