I cannot confirm guest, no email response, with an updated current INFO PKG allowing them access

All emails route through Air B & B and I cannot reach the guest even though I've left VoiceMail to confirm his stay for December 1st for three nights, and send me an email so I can send the INFO PKG to allow him unescorted access to the unit? I need to confirm and need to get this INFO PKG to him if he is indeed still coming? What do I do now?

@Darryl5  You have posted this discussion in the Air BNB open forum instead of the host forum, so you might get fewer response.  Anyway, you have a confirmed reservation, right?  Some guests are right on top of the messages from Air BNB and some are not.  I looked at both your listings and see that this is a new venture for you.  Welcome.  Do not send the access information until shortly before the guest is due to check in.  I see you have a flexible cancellation policy which means the guest can cancel up to a day before with no payout to you and only lose the Air BNB fee.  I hope you have taken some time to puruse all the information available to the hosts about hosting on this platform - this host forum site and the Help Center.
