I cannot send a special offer - suggested price cannot be send

Hi folks, I am having an issue with a special offer. I have done this before (in the currency EUR) and it was never an issue to modify the calculation and send it. This time (I think its the first time in INR - I have to do it because the house is in the India although I am in Germany) I can type in the new price but the moment I want to send it to the guest, I get the info that the amount is not valid. I should choose between two other prices. Even when I do that, I cannot send the offer. I tried to leave away the comma or dot but could not send it. I changed the currency to EUR (not in my payout settings but in the total bottom of the page, where you change the language as well). Anybody experienced something like this before? How did you solve it? Thanks for your help!
