I cant place a booking

Hello people,

I hope someone will be able to help me asap!

I have a problem with my airbnb acount.

After my first booking, wich was more then okay, i was asked to verify my profile, wich i did! Now when i look at my profile, i see the green sign with verified. All good, but when i try to send any inquires it does not go trough! When i try to place a booking, it says that i must contact airbnb suport.

I did contacted the suport, but nobady did not answered me, and i wil travel to Stockholm soon, and i must book one apartament

I think you need to contact Airbnb about this. not sure how to do that in Bulgaria, people here seem to think Twitter works best, maybe try that. Something is definitely wrong with your account or profile. This comes up when I try to look at your profile:

brings up the same thing as I showed above. contact Airbnb. or delete your account , if you can even get to it, and register all new.
