I did not receive a request for a booking of a guest, only notificaton of booking completed
I typically receive a request for a reservation and I thought this was standard for air bnb. on 8-11-19 I received an email notificaiton of a booking, the website says confirmation/reservation booked 8-12-19. This is a problem. I am not able to get in touch with anyone at Air bnb for help. How does a host contact customer service for errors such as this?
