I did not receive the payment

I did not receive the payment

On the 20 of June I did receive a payment of 0.01 for the account verification, but the 25 pounds that Airbnb should have paid me, I did not received yet. 

After I entered my account details for the payment, Airbnb ask me to donate through an email. I did not replay to that message as I am not going to donate the money. Then, I did not receive the payment. 

I cannot even contact to customer service or make a complaint. 

It is quite annoying and that was the first and the last time I host.
